Myers Park is one of Charlotte NC’s most prestigious and oldest streetcar neighborhoods. It is a 2,200 acre planned neighborhood that is home to a population of about 9,800 residents. The Myers Park Neighborhood is surrounded by Queens Road to the north, Providence Road to the east, Sharon Road to the south, and Colony, East Woodlawn, & South Kings Road to the west. Myers Park is East of the Dilworth Neighborhood, West of Elizabeth, and just North of South Park. Streets are lined with hundred year old trees.
Myers Park Neighborhood Real Estate
The Myers Park Neighborhood offers a wide range of real estate architectural styles. Houses range from a classic style to English Tudor. Recently, a few upscale real estate condo buildings have been constructed in the area. The average house value in Myers Park is around $800,000.
